This grand and stunning property is located on the North Shore of Long Island, in Glen Cove, 25 miles from NYC. It is a 119 acre estate originally built in 1916. There are many outbuildings, a greenhouse, access to water and beach and old world details throughout the main building. Many areas not shown include industrial bits, commercial kitchen, sleeping quarters, restrooms. Permits required. Restrictions apply such as subject matter must be appropriate for a traditional institution- no nudity or extremely suggestive content. Beach is 400 yards from main mansion.
